As a final requirement for her Elements of Communications Planning Course, Tiera created an extensive communications plan in response to a mock Request For Proposal from Boy Scouts of America (BSA). In the plan, Tiera analyzes BSA's current situation through research and audits. She then proposes a two-year communications plan to solve the organization's core problem: declining membership and support.
